The current CMB was selected from GPCo members. All future board positions will be elected by the GPCo members to ensure that there is GP influence at the heart of the decision making process and that local ownership is felt throughout the GPCo.
The CMB chairman is a GP member of the GPCo and is elected by the CMB. The CMB chairman is usually elected ‘Designated Member’.
